Import your menu and change prices in bulk

Upload a spreadsheet of services and products, and raise or round prices across many items at once.

Import from a spreadsheet

1. Open Services or Products and tap Import.
2. Download the template, or use your own CSV with columns like type, name, option, category, price, cost, duration, SKU and barcode.
3. Upload it. Rowan shows a preview: what will be added, what will be updated and any rows with problems.
4. Tap import. Rows with the same name and option update the existing item.

Rows with the same name and different options (for example Short and Long) become one item with options.

Change prices

1. Tap Change prices on Services or Products.
2. Choose a percent or dollar change, which items, and how to round (none, whole dollar, .99 or quarter).
3. Review the preview, then apply.
