Loyalty program
Turn it on in POS settings › Loyalty and give it a name (for example Glow Rewards).
- How clients earn: points per dollar they pay (after discounts), or one point per visit for a punch card. Choose whether services, products or both earn. Gift cards, packages and memberships don't earn.
- Rewards: for example $10 off at 100 points, or 15% off at 250 points.
At the Register, the client's points show on the ticket with any reward they can use. Tap Use $10 off to apply it; the points come off when the sale completes. Staff don't need discount permission to use a reward the client earned. The ticket shows how many points the sale will earn, and the receipt shows points earned and the new balance.
Refunds and voids take back the points a sale earned and give back points it used. Managers can adjust a client's points from their profile with a reason.
Reports › Loyalty shows points earned and redeemed, points still out and what they're worth, and top members. Rowan keeps a Rowan: Loyalty points field on the contact up to date.
Reward ready message. Turn on the Reward ready automation (POS settings › Automations) and clients get a text when they've earned a reward. It's sent once per reward.
Points expire. Choose Never, or after 6 to 24 months without a visit that earns or redeems points. Expired points are recorded on the client's history and in the Loyalty report.
