Packages and memberships
Packages
A package is prepaid sessions of one service, for example 5 facials for $400 that expire after a year. Create it on the Services page with + Package. Choose the client before ringing it up.
When that client comes in for the service, add it to the ticket and tap Use package (N left). The line rings at $0 and the session comes off when the sale completes. Options picked on top are still charged. If the whole ticket is covered, the client can still add a tip on card, or tip in cash.
Memberships
A membership gives member pricing for a period, for example $49 a month for 15% off services and 10% off products. Create it with + Membership. Member prices apply on their own when a member is on the ticket. To renew, ring it up again; the new period starts when the current one ends.
Reports › Packages & members shows sessions still owed (prepaid value not yet used) and active members. Payroll pays commission on package visits at the session's share of the package price.
