Stations and drawers

Set up register positions, each with its own cash drawer and card terminal.

A station is a register position, like Front desk or Back bar. Each station has its own cash drawer and a default card terminal.

1. In POS settings › Stations, add a station and choose its terminal.
2. On each device you ring sales on, tap the station button at the top of the Register once to say which station the device is. It's remembered on that device.
3. Open the drawer before taking cash: Open drawer, count the starting cash, save. See Cash drawer.

Need to use a different terminal for one sale (for example, one is offline)? In the card payment window choose Send to another terminal. The station's default doesn't change.
