Customer-facing display

A screen facing your client that shows the ticket, card and cash price, their points, and a QR code to book again.

Use any tablet, or a second monitor or browser window on a laptop.

1. On the client's screen, open rowanpos.app/display. It shows a 6-digit code.
2. On the Register, tap the station name at the top › Customer display… › type the code › Pair.
3. Tap the display once to make it full screen.

The display shows a welcome with your logo, your message of the month and a QR code to book; then the ticket as you ring it up, with the card price and cash price (or the surcharge notice), the client's name and the points they'll earn; “Follow the prompts on the card reader” while they pay; and a thank-you with their points. A ticket left for 30 minutes goes back to the welcome screen.

Unpair a display from the same Customer display… window.
