Online booking page

Your own booking page at yourbusiness.rowanpos.app: menu, team and open times from Rowan, with a link to share and code for your website.

Every Rowan account includes a booking page. Clients pick a service, who they want (or anyone), and a time, then enter their name, mobile number and email. No website or app needed. To ask for a deposit or a card on file when they book, see Deposits, cards on file and no-show fees.

  1. Set your hours and booking calendars first. Open times come from your main calendar, so they follow your hours, the staff schedule and time off.
  2. Open POS settings › Online booking, choose your address (for example glowsalon), add a headline, address and phone, and pick a color.
  3. Choose your rules: whether clients pick who they book with, the minimum notice, how far ahead they can book, and whether to ask for notes. Add your booking policy; clients see it before they book.
  4. Untick any services you don't want booked online. A service needs a duration to be offered online.
  5. Under Team, untick anyone clients shouldn't book, like a front desk login. Use Choose services to set what each person offers; clients only see the people who offer the service they picked, and a service no one offers is hidden. Services you add later are offered by everyone set to All services.
  6. Tick Turn on online booking and save.

What clients see

Your menu with photos, durations and prices. With dual pricing or cash discount, each service shows the card price with the cash price under it. Times only show when the whole service fits, and a time is checked again the moment they book.
