Your website (Rowan Site)
Rowan Site is an add-on your provider turns on. It builds a one-page website from what's already in Rowan, so your menu, prices, team and hours stay current without editing a website.
- Set up your online booking page first. The website uses the same address, and booking moves to /book.
- Open POS settings › Website. Add a tagline, a cover photo, your story and an about photo.
- Add a photo and a short bio for each team member, up to 12 gallery photos, and real reviews copied word for word from Google, Facebook or Yelp with the name as it appears there.
- Add your Instagram, Facebook and TikTok links, your review link, and the description you want under your name in Google.
- Tick Publish my website and save.
What the website shows
Your headline and tagline over your cover photo, with Book and Call buttons; your story; the menu grouped by category with card prices and a note about the lower cash price; the team; the gallery; reviews; hours, address with directions, phone and social links. Phones get a Book now button that stays on screen. Search engines get your business details, hours and a sitemap.
Use your own domain
- Enter it under Your own domain, like www.yourbusiness.com, and press Connect domain.
- At your domain company, add a CNAME record: name www, pointing to sites.rowanpos.app. Set the bare domain to forward to www.
- It usually connects within an hour with a free security certificate. Press Check status to see if it's connected.
