Hold and reopen a ticket

Park a ticket while the client finishes, and pick it back up from any station.

Tap Hold on the ticket and give it a label (for example the client's name). The ticket is saved with its items, client, discount and options.

Tap Held tickets to reopen it, on this or another station.
