Discounts
Set up the discounts you use in POS settings › Discounts, for example Senior 10%, Friends & family $20 or Staff retail 30%.
- Percent or dollars off.
- Applies to the whole ticket, services only, or products only. A services-only discount doesn't lower product tax, and refunds respect it.
- Needs a manager PIN if you want approval each time.
On the ticket, tap Discount. Saved discounts show first; staff without discount permission can still use the ones that don't need a PIN. People with permission can also type a one-off percent or amount.
The sales summary shows how often each discount was used.
