Gift cards
Sell: tap the Gift cards tile, choose an amount, and scan or type the card's number (or leave it blank and Rowan creates one, printed on the receipt). Gift cards are never taxed or marked up.
Redeem: tap Gift card on the ticket and scan or type the number. Rowan applies the balance; the rest can be paid by card or cash.
Send it digitally: in the gift card window, open Send it as a digital gift card and enter the recipient's name and mobile number or email, who it's from, and an optional message. When the sale is paid, Rowan texts or emails them the card number and a link to their client portal, where they can check the balance. There's nothing to print.
